Abstract Timeline

The abstract submission will open on September 1st. The deadline for submitting the abstract is extended to 29 October. All abstracts will undergo a peer-review process conducted by the organizing and scientific committees. An accepted abstract implies an oral presentation, not a poster.

Notifications of the review outcome will be sent at the end of November.

Abstract Guidelines

Please use the following LaTeX template to prepare your abstract: LaTeX Template

• The maximum length of the abstract is 1 page including figures and references
• Including a figure in the one page abstract is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended.
