Presentation slots are 20 minutes: 15 minutes for presentation, 5 minutes for Q/A.
Presenters are encouraged to upload their slides (in pptx or pdf format) to the laptop in the room before their sessions starts, and to use that laptop for their presentations. This will ensure a smooth transition between speakers.
External laptops can also be directly connected to the display system through HDMI or USB-C cable.
